02 After Booking...

I’m glad you asked!
There are a few things I recommend and ask you to do, to optimize your massage:

  1. Please complete your Client Intake Form online – David will email you this in conjunction with your Appointment Confirmation-email. (a paper-version is available, on-site)
  2. If there are special instructions (ie. gate code, et al) or requests (special bolstering needs, et al) or any other confirmations you’d like to communicate to David that you didn’t indicate while setting your appointment and prior to your appointment, please contact HIM as soon as possible: via voice/text @ (702) 339-4325 or via email.
  3. Please drink plenty of water – your soft tissues will thank you that they are in the best condition (hydrated) for receiving the benefits of your massage.
  4. Create a ~10′ x 10′ space in which the table is to be set up and David can work.
  5. Prepare the sounds in your environment – let others know that share your space that you will be receiving a massage session and need quiet time. Any pet interactions and/or outdoor noises may be minimized for a more-mindful experience that massage affords you during this time. Also, if you have music you like to relax with or favorite songs you’d like to hear during your massage, please have them playing in the space you create for your massage. Alternatively, David is happy to bring a streaming selection of relaxing, calming music…
