When scheduling your massage:
- go to my homepage and be sure you’re Signed In when making your appointment with my live Schedule at Massagebook,
- choose a date & time of day that is convenient for you,
- choose a time of day at which your energy levels are strongest,
- choose a date and time that is
- more than 24 hours in the future, and
- between the hours of 10am and 7pm, Monday through Saturday
- unless you opt-out (via David or through the software), you will receive automated (yet interesting) email-Confirmations and -Reminders about your appointment(s).
When rescheduling your massage:
- you may find your Confirmation email (sent via Massagebook.com) or visit massagebook.com and enter your credentials (your account-email and password) to view/change/cancel your appointment online, or reschedule in one of 3 other ways:
- a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time is required, when you cancel or reschedule your appointment, to avoid a Cancellation Fee of $25,
- please understand that you may not get a “next day” move when rescheduling – David usually commits to other massage clients’ appointments a week or two out, from day of appointment-request.
for First-Time Clients, please:
make sure you’ve completed your HIM Intake Questionnaire prior to your appointment, available by URL-link when your appointment is confirmed through Massagebook.com. If you have not received it or need a unique, secure URL-link to it, please contact David. You may, alternatively, print and complete this Client Intake Form – David will review it prior to your first session.
