Hands In Motion accepts:
- Cash – if you anticipate needing change: please let David know prior to his arrival,
- Checks – only with Nevada- ID/-DL, and Returned Checks will precipitate a $35 Returned Check Fee,
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover; HRA, HSA, & FSA debit cards are accepted as well. All card transactions are accepted on-site – via tap/chip/swipe method – and credited to your appointment on Massagebook.com, utilizing Square payment processing. No card information is recorded or maintained by Hands In Motion.
- Invoice-Billing – when you request it, HIM will email a request for payment through Square, through which you will use your credit/debit card (List, above) to pay the agreed-upon charge.
Hands in Motion does not accept:
- Barter or Trade for Services,
- Insurance Billing as a method of payment – David can provide the documentation needed (including his NPI Number) for such claims for which the client may be eligible, including Statements of Account, treatment SOAP Notes, and written opinions, etc; David does not guarantee successful insurance Reimbursement or Claim Settlement based on the information he provides to the client or on behalf of the client to an attorney or insurance company,
- Credit Accounting – all Services must be paid at the time of rendering (after the Service has been provided) or in advance, according to Series-pricing on his website.
Refunds:
- are not given for services rendered,
- for actual purchase-amount are issued with proof of purchase and refunded in the same Method of Payment by which the purchase was made
